Step 3-3a) Degoogle your life…
this one is more involved, as it has nearly as many sub-steps as installing Linux does, but nothing worth doing in this life is ever easy, right?
3-3a) Stop using Google search and DuckDuckGo. Find a new search engine that doesn’t track you or screw with the results. Easier said than done, but Brave Search seems to be a good option for the most part.
3-3b) Pull (download) your data from Google, Yahoo, Hotmail, Meta, Apple, and Twitter. Each one has different tools for this, but if old emails, contacts, calendars, files, posts, videos, and photos matter to you, this cannot be skipped.
